I would like to see the last 8 digits of VIN number in bold font so it makes it easier when calling for dealer parts.

If we can create a line item "comment" that is labeled "Review", so that the advisors could add this line or have it pre-populated on workorder/invoices to help collect customer reviews. The "description" box only allows plain text. I tried adding the qr code as an object, file, copy and paste and icon - all with no luck. If the "description" box would allow rich text or images would be ideal. Also, I feel that the advantage to adding this as an item would further enhance it's use with the postcard option and the e-mail option. Could be set-up to send a post card after X days and/or send an email to the customer a day or so after the transaction.

This would allow technicians to inspect vehicles and clock in on assigned jobs without the need to access AutoFluent on a desktop computer.

We need to be able to add a PO number on a finalized invoice. We get the PO number after we send an invoice. Since they do require an Invoice we would need to be able to edit an existing invoice, or have an option to finalize workorder to a pre-invoice that it can be edited (similar to how workorders can be edited). Currently, we close out an invoice and write in a PO number manually on a printed copy (unprofessional). Or we've been sending the invoice without a PO number, then we must negate that invoice to create a new workorder so we can add the PO. Doubling the work required to simply add a PO number to an invoice.

The ability to visit the previous screen can be made more efficient. Example: You click Customers & Vehicles, click vehicles, type customer name, you click on a vehicle just to realize you clicked the incorrect one. The simplest option now is to click "Vehicles" and retype customer name.

A busy shop may have many vehicles on lot and color would help identify much quicker

We would like to request that the work order shop copy not have our customers name, address, email, and phone number on them. This is to prevent employees (mechanics) taking work from our company and doing side jobs after hours. Mitchell has this form we are requesting to prevent this same thing. The Desktop has this capability so it would be beneficial to provide this same feature on the Cloud version.

Need the ability to add more than 1 tech per line in the work order.

In Sales screen, Search (yellow button on the lower left corner), Vehicle model search, It doesn't work. And it would be useful to me to search similar cars to see how much I charged other customers for oddball work. For example, Oil changes are easy to price. But if I have to create and install a brake line, that type of work doesnt happen often and on some cars its really difficult. I could search to see if we have done it before on that particular model and see how ,much we charged. For me, I would like the search to first start with make and model.
