  5. An invoice that can be edited (example adding a PO number)

    We need to be able to add a PO number on a finalized invoice. We get the PO number after we send an invoice. Since they do require an Invoice we would need to be able to edit an existing invoice, or have an option to finalize workorder to a pre-invoice that it can be edited (similar to how workorders can be edited). Currently, we close out an invoice and write in a PO number manually on a printed copy (unprofessional). Or we've been sending the invoice without a PO number, then we must negate that invoice to create a new workorder so we can add the PO. Doubling the work required to simply add a PO number to an invoice.

    Many people want an SMS solution that can be used from a phone; eliminating the need for a hotspot enabled tablet or laptop. Currently, AF.NET does not scale properly on smaller screens.

  13. QR code for reviews

    If we can create a line item "comment" that is labeled "Review", so that the advisors could add this line or have it pre-populated on workorder/invoices to help collect customer reviews. The "description" box only allows plain text. I tried adding the qr code as an object, file, copy and paste and icon - all with no luck. If the "description" box would allow rich text or images would be ideal. Also, I feel that the advantage to adding this as an item would further enhance it's use with the postcard option and the e-mail option. Could be set-up to send a post card after X days and/or send an email to the customer a day or so after the transaction.

  14. Adding quote template into print template

    We ran into a problem with not able to print out a copy of quote. We are able to create a pricing quote in autofluent. However, whenever we try to print it and send it to customer, in the right up coner, it will ways show workorder # not quote #. This caused a lot of confusion between us and the customers in terms of which one of the print out is a prcing quote and which is the acutal job they have authorized and we have done. It will be really helpful if we can have a quote temply added into the print template setting. This feature was always there when we were using the desktop version not the netweb version. Therefore, we were always able to print out quote version and acutal workorder separately.
